Ajman University remains committed to ensuring the well-being of its campus community. In April 2022, the university organized a comprehensive CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training event for faculty and staff, aligning with its dedication to SDG #3. This event aimed to empower participants with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively during medical emergencies.
During the training session, participants learned fundamental CPR techniques, including chest compressions and rescue breaths, which are vital in increasing survival rates during cardiac arrest or breathing difficulties. This hands-on training was a resounding success, with faculty and staff attending in impressive numbers, ensuring the participants are well-prepared to act when needed, contributing to a safer and healthier campus environment.
