Mrs. Yasmine Berbir, Head of Sustainability MENA at Nestlé Middle East, highlighted corporate strategies for promoting a circular economy and reducing waste. Meanwhile, Mr. Matt Doran from the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) discussed sustainable practices in the construction sector, focusing on reducing emissions while preserving quality of life. Ms. Jamila El Mir, Senior Advisor to the UN Climate Change High-Level Champion for COP28, underscored the importance of public-private partnerships in driving a low-carbon economy.
