Ajman University, through its Office of Sustainability, reaffirmed its dedication to educational innovation and environmental stewardship by participating in the Global Education Partnership (GEP) capacity-building webinar titled “Digital Technologies for Curriculum Development Enhancement and Quality Integration of Climate Change Education.” The international event, organized by GEP members Chittagong Grammar School and the State Department for TVET (Bangladesh), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education of Kenya, was held on 5 September, bringing together educators, policymakers, and sustainability leaders from across the globe.
Centered on the theme of leveraging technology to shape climate-resilient education, the webinar served as a dynamic platform for exploring how digital tools can advance curriculum development and enhance the quality of climate change education. Participants exchanged perspectives on integrating sustainability topics into digital learning frameworks, showcasing how innovations in educational technology can make environmental learning more interactive, inclusive, and impactful.
The session commenced with opening remarks from representatives of the organizing institutions, setting the tone for a series of insightful discussions that emphasized collaboration and knowledge exchange.
