Through a diverse range of programs, events, and initiatives, our partnership reflects a shared commitment to youth empowerment, innovation, community engagement, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation

Green Entrepreneurship Program – Hosted at Ajman Youth Hub, this intensive training and mentorship bootcamp empowers students to develop and launch environmentally and socially sustainable projects. The program includes specialized training workshops, mentorship sessions, and interactive activities that support students in refining their ideas and transforming them into practical prototypes. All sessions are delivered by Ajman University faculty and staff, ensuring participants receive world-class guidance.

Youth Professional Development Campaign – Launched as part of the "Ghaf" graduation projects exhibition, this campaign was developed in collaboration with Ajman Youth Center to support professional growth and career readiness among young people.

Media & Leadership Development

Arab Young Media Leaders Program – Ajman University hosted the 7th edition of this prestigious program, organized by the Arab Youth Center, with the participation of over 50 young men and women from 18 Arab countries. The program featured interactive workshops on smart and community-driven media practices, offering participants practical exposure to modern media tools. Through this initiative, we are preparing a new generation of media professionals capable of leading change and creating positive impact.

Sports, Health & Well-being

Youth Futsal Championship – Organized in collaboration with the Ajman Youth Council, this tournament brought together 12 teams from across the UAE, with over 80 young athletes aged 20-25. The event promoted fitness, teamwork, and an active lifestyle while supporting UN Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being.

An Hour of Sports Activities – A wellness initiative held in collaboration with the Ajman Youth Council, featuring fitness exercises, friendly matches in football, basketball, and badminton, and fun team games. This initiative promotes sports culture and encourages healthy lifestyle practices across the community.

Capacity Building & Training

Beyond specialized programs, Ajman University delivers a wide range of capacity building and training sessions at the Ajman Youth Hub throughout the year. These sessions are designed to equip young people with the practical skills and knowledge they need to excel in their academic, professional, and personal lives. Covering topics such as leadership development, digital literacy, career readiness, effective communication, project management, and critical thinking, each training opportunity is facilitated by experienced AU faculty members and industry professionals. By offering these continuous learning experiences at the Youth Hub, we ensure that young community members have direct access to world-class expertise in a dynamic and accessible environment.

Community Engagement & Social Responsibility

Emirati Values Iftar – Ajman University’s Office of Student Life, in collaboration with the Emirates Red Crescent Club, participated in this community event organized by the Ajman Youth Council at Flag Park, Ajman. The gathering celebrated and reinforced the social fabric by promoting social responsibility and revitalizing authentic Emirati customs.

"Ghars" Initiative – On World Environment Day 2025, Ajman University’s Office of Sustainability participated in this initiative launched by the Ajman Youth Council. The event featured panel discussions with experts in environment and sustainability, along with hands-on community farming activities. Ajman University students showcased innovative sustainability research projects, demonstrating their commitment to environmental stewardship.
