Held on Monday, 11 December 2023, at the Green Education Hub, Expo City Dubai, this event, co-organized with Abu Dhabi University, focused on innovative renewable energy technologies and strategies to enhance energy efficiency across industries.
Representing Ajman University, Dr. Ahmed Bilal Awan, an Associate Professor at the College of Engineering and Information Technology, shared valuable insights on how engineering innovations can drive a sustainable energy future. His contributions highlighted the university’s dedication to research and development in clean energy, supporting the UAE’s ambitious net-zero emissions goal by 2050.
The panel also featured experts from IRENA, Khalifa University, University of Sharjah, and DEWA, providing a comprehensive view of the future of renewable energy.
